The Youtefa bridge, Papua middle span project was carried out by a Consortium of 3 construction State-Owned Enterprised companies PT. PP, PT. Hutama Karya and PT. Nindya Karya (PP-HK-NK Consortium). The Konsorium appointed PT. Waagner Biro Indonesia to carry out design reviews, manufacturing, transportation and installation.
